About Hyjywae

Where business creativity gets practical

Hyjywae is a workshop platform built around one idea: creativity in business is a skill, not a trait. It can be practised, structured, and applied to real problems.

How the platform came together

Most creativity training sits in theory. Participants leave a session with good ideas and no clear way to test them against actual business constraints. Hyjywae was built to close that gap. Founded in 2024, the platform started from a straightforward observation: people learn creative thinking faster when they work on problems that resemble their own.

Every workshop on the platform is structured around a progression — from framing a problem clearly, to generating options, to testing the most promising one under realistic conditions. The exercises are designed to be uncomfortable in the right places, not just engaging.

The format is remote-first and asynchronous-friendly, which means participants from different time zones can work through the same material without losing the collaborative element. Breakout tasks, peer review stages, and shared documentation tools are built into every programme.

The people behind the programmes

A small team with specific backgrounds in facilitation, instructional design, and applied strategy.

Aoife Brennan

Lead Facilitator

Aoife designs and runs the core workshop sequences. Her background is in organisational behaviour and she spent eight years running in-person creative sessions for mid-size companies before moving the work online. She is direct in her facilitation style and not particularly interested in making things feel easier than they are.

Nkechi Adaeze

Programme Designer

Nkechi builds the instructional architecture behind each programme — the sequence of tasks, the feedback loops, the pacing. She trained in adult learning at a research level and has a particular interest in how people retain and transfer skills across different professional contexts. She also manages the quarterly review process for all content.

What the platform is built on

Hyjywae uses a combination of synchronous group sessions, self-paced task sequences, and structured peer review. The tools are intentionally lightweight — shared documents, video check-ins, and a task tracker. Nothing that requires a long onboarding process before the actual work begins.
