What the talks cover

Six recurring themes drawn from workshop experience across industries.

Idea generation under constraints

How teams produce better ideas when resources are limited. Covers practical framing techniques used in product and service design — not brainstorming, but structured divergence.

Cross-functional creative friction

Disagreement between departments is often a creative resource. This talk examines how organisations can channel tension into useful output rather than suppressing it.

Measuring creative output

Creativity without accountability drifts. This session looks at how to track idea quality and implementation rate without reducing creative work to a spreadsheet exercise.

Iteration as a decision tool

Fast iteration is not about moving quickly — it is about learning what to stop doing. The talk covers decision checkpoints that keep projects from drifting without stifling experimentation.
